Success with Soy Isoflavones??? please help!! soo anxious!!!

When i was taking the soy i got hot flushes and some cramping. Lately I have been getting tingling sensation in BB esp left one, very fatigued (fell asleep breifly at my desk yesterday...not good), feeling dizzy and light headed, and today woke up with af type lower back pain and twinges/ cramping in lower right front side pelvic region. Not sure if symptons or maybe further side effects of soy but praying their ep symptoms. 2ww is stretching forever!!! Lol

Just thought I'd jump in to let you know that I have had semi success with soy last cycle was 186 days (ignore cf as it doesn't like charts longer than 180 days and makes you split them ) any way took soy cd1 to cd5 and I van report that I have had a 33 day cycle the first normal one since I came of report last march and my chart wad perfect apart from the lack if bfp at end . Going to try it cd2-6 this month but if I could have another 33 day cycle I'd be well cuffed.

Hi ladies. I'm popping over from the other soy thread. How is everyone doing? Any soy BFPs yet? I took soy CD3-7 this cycle. I have irregular cycles anywhere from 40-60 days, with the last 2 being 54 and 65 days. I know that I have some anovulatory cycles , but I think I may have ovulated on CD28, which would mean an approximately 42 day cycle (if my luteal phase is 14 days). This is only my 3rd cycle charting so I'm not sure what my luteal phase length is.

I'm really hoping I did ovulate and that I get a BFP this cycle. And good luck to you ladies!
