Such wonderful customer service

So i purchased LO a strider bike fo this website.

I had to speak to them twince and used their 'online chat box' first was to find out what my 1 slot delivery was and second was to ask for a replacement because it arrived damage

Both times they were very abrupt and when i said Thank you for your help both times they didnt realise and just left the chat.

Now im spoken to a fair few people using online chat boxes - since moving into our new house we have used them for Sky, EDF, O2 etc.. and they always say 'your welcome is there anything else i can help you with?'

this company ? no such luck lol - i know its only petty but it does not give them a few friendly approchable feel

I'd probably complain about that. It's common courtesy to say 'you're welcome'. Manners don't cost a thing

Worst company I've found for customer service is Samsung!! Wouldn't buy another Samsung product encase I need to ring them
