We're having Beef Damson Stew which I made this morning and completely wore myself out making. :? Had to go back to bed for an hour and a half afterwards.

Was going to make this yummy looking pud but have had to take it easy the rest of the day as so knackered. Best thing though.... just been into kitchen and OH is in there slaving away. He's made us curry for tomorrow night and is now making the pud. :D

    Just polished off

    Roast Lamb
    roast potatoes
    roast honeyed parsnips
    mashed swede and carrot
    broccoli
    and gravy

Pud (when we've had a break) is toffee apple crumble and custard!

    Yum!

Now do I have a glass of wine? It's becoming a habit!
