Supplement question

Currently my DH is on Wellman Conception and Pycnogenol after a successful VR Jan 2011

I wanted to know whether he can take the above along with fertilaid for men or should we stop the wellman?

Anyone know at all?

I am not sure - but think one multi is enough and then supplement with the extras you think you need. My guy is on a whole foods multi, b vits and vit d.

I would do only one multivitamin .so either the well man or fertilaid.
