What are you taking:

I am currently taking:
- baby aspirin
- fish oil - Nordic Naturals
- b complex - Rainbow light
- Vit D
- Prenatal that is food based - Rainbow Light
- CO Q10 (not everyday just a few x's per week)

Would like go hear what others are taking, I am planning on updating my supplements for the new year.

My daily regime includes:

Pre O:
pregnacare
COq10 300
EPO 1500
folic acid 400
Royal jelly (optional)
Vitamin E 400 (optional)
iron
ginseng
Raspberry Leaf tea
Red Clover Blossom tea
Grapefruit juice

Post O:
pregnacare
COq10 300
Fish oil 1000
Vitamin C 1000
Calcium 800
folic acid 400
iron
Nettle tea
pineapples

I have decided to take a break from my vitamins for a couple of months and am only taking chinese herbs (together with acu). I do not really know what the chinese herbs consist of, my doctor mixes them up once a week depending on where I am in my cycle.

Thanks for replying:flower:

I have taken RRL tea as well until O. Not really for TTC but more so because I have endo and it along with other teas seem to help lighten my period. I see you are in the UK. I use Pukka Ginger and Tumeric as well, it is a yummy tea for winter and is a good anti inflammatory.
It may be worth keeping the folic acid and adding Vit D along with your Chinese herbs. Folic acid, as it is good to take while TTC so you are sure to have a good supply built up if you become pregnant. Vit D I hear is now recommended in the UK for pregnancy. I guess it is because people eat less oily fish than in the past and there is low sunlight. Vit D 3 is best.

Thanks! where do you buy Pukka Ginger and Tumeric tea?

I have been taking folic acid for over 3 years now so I think I've built up quite a lot so can do with a break. I've been taking calcium and it usually comes with Vitamin D.
