supply at 18 months

is it possible for my supply to decrease for no reason?
my LO is at nursery but I go in and feed him once during the day up until recently, at around lunchtime I could feel my boobs getting full and if for whatever reason I could not go to see him, by the afternoon they would be double the size and a bit painful. but for the last couple of weeks they do not seem to fill up at all? he is not drinking less, so I don't understand why this might happen? he still BF all night, but now when he feeds it feels like he's struggling to get some milk out, it even hurts!

any ideas??

I think it's common for supply to decrease the older they get. He probably just doesn't need as much as he used to and your body is adjusting. Rhee same thing had happened to me with my 14 month old. But she still nurses often and I try to pump when I can as well (we dealt with low supply issues for a while) so I'm not too worried about it. He's probably getting more nutrition from solids too
