Just wondered if this has changed at all?

Can anyone get this or just families who have some type of benefit? Confused by it all so we wont be receiving benefits (I dont think) except the standard child benefits of £20 a week.

You can only get it if you're on a low income and get certain benefits.

I think it's only limited to first child aswell, If someone can confirm this? xx
