Sure Start Maternity - Only for first baby?

Can someone confirm this is only for your first child? I am expecting number 2 and don't expect to get it even though I get the higher CTC element.. Just want someone to clarify this is right?!

That's right. It's only for your first baby unless your child is over 16.
