Surprise pregnancy while breastfeeding 4th baby 6th pregnancy

So I just found out I’m pregnant. I’ve been breastfeeding my 3 month old and on the mini pill. I’ve read online that that means I’m NINE TIMES more likely to have twins. I had symptoms before a positive test (I tested for a few days because I felt off; all negative before last night) Nausea vomiting dizziness tender breasts and an aversion to almonds. All showing up before my BFP

Has anyone else had this happen? Did you have twins? Does having symptoms before a positive mean anything?

A lot of women test because they have symptoms the second implantation happens so I wouldn’t worry too much about that meaning twins......congratulations on ur surprise xx
