It's a very sad story, however at the end of the day the surrogate is the biological mother. If she wasn't I would not agree with it at all.
However even as tough as it is, the surrogate should of thought about it better than she obviously had.
My heart goes out to the other couple, I do hope they get their much deserved baby in the end.
