Do you think that it is possible for a baby to swallow an SD card (like for your camera?)

I can't find mine right now, it is gone from my coffee table and I am worried Elyse may have swallowed it. She hasn't choked, her breathing sounds normal, she is perfectly fine... but do you think it's a possibility??

She is sleeping and alright right now, I'm looking for this stupid SD card, she is almost 10 months right now... but she wouldn't eat a bite of toast that size without gagging if she didn't chew it first...

 I suppose it's possible... But you're right, she definately would have trouble chewing it!!

Brooklynn is older but I don't think that she would be able to do that (un noticed at least) She had a nickle in her mouth and was gagging on that so I think an sd card would be a bit of a stretch... That said... stranger things have happened I'm sure.

Could someone have maybe moved it to a higher spot or stuck it in a laptop/ computer slot somewhere??? I've done that before

Yeah I checked the camera like 10 times and the slots in the computer, the SD adapter that was on my coffee table too.. no sign of it!! I am really hoping that someone picked it up and put it somewhere without my knowledge or that I cleared it away with the papers and stuff I was tidying up :(

Oooooo im really not looking forward to the age where they put everything in their mouth!!! Think ill be a nervous wreck!!!

Hope u find out what happened to it hun x

Caitlyn is 19 months and she chokes if she doesn't chew her food properly, so I doubt she could swallow an SD card without me noticing... Although anything is possible... I doubt it though... Keep looking!

After I looked all over for it, Elyse found it just a few minutes ago :dohh:
