swelling in hands and feet? already?!

Expecting my 3rd baby, and I'm over 11 weeks now. I've been on my feet all day, at a christmas craft fair, and on and off this week I've had swelling. I'm a little concerned. I had pre-eclampsia in my first pregnancy but not in my 2nd pregnancy. So this seems SUPER early...and it has me worried. Any advice ladies, or reassurance would be appreciated. Thank you so much. Oh and I've check my blood pressure and its low.

It seems very early for swelling. I didnt experience anything until almost a week or two before I gave birth. Maybe its something else?

How about simple fluid retention from sodium? I had a weekend away and all the eating out caused me to swell up pretty noticeably. A day back home with lots of water did the trick.
