Switching teats?

I've been combo feeding but mainly bottle feeding for 6 months. I have Tommee Tippee bottles but forget to switch teats at 3 months. Now LO is 6 months do I go straight to 6 month teats or should I give her 3 months teats?

I noticed she is tugging at the bottle sometimes to get the milk out. Oh and side note, she's cutting teeth if that makes a difference?

I'd go straight onto the 6 month teats, they'll have a faster flow, or just buy a couple of each and see which work best start on the 3 month ones for a few week and if they aren't any good go straight onto 6+.

Unsure if the 6m+ are made of tougher material to cope with LO chewing on them?! X
