Swollen face/Puffy eyelids

Is this common in the third trimester? I don't have swollen feet/ankles, but my face/eyes have definitely been looking a lot "puffier". It might be from lack of sleep & possibly dehydration? From what I've read.. Anyone else going through this?

Swollen face Is a sign of preeclampsia please speak to your midwife xx

Agree with previous person, you need to get checked out. Apparently swollen face is actually more common than swollen hands of feet for preeclampsia. I'm not saying it is that but it's best to get checked.
