Symptoms disappeared

I'm 5 weeks pregnant tomorrow and for the past four or five days I've had symptoms such as breast enlargement, cramping, always hungry and and very very tired. As of today I haven't been hungry at all, and I've had slight cramping all day whenever I move suddenly. I also felt the slightest of nausea this morning. I'm just worried that somethings wrong because all of my symptoms went away. I have a appointment with my doctor tomorrow, and I also notice a small lump under my chin in my neck. Can someone just help me ease up until my appointment tomorrow. Anything will help me. Thank you!
