I would say it is an evap or indent with it being held up to the light.

For a split second I thought there was a chance. I’m 14dpo....

Hmm to me I’d have said that looks like the start of a bfp as in the other two pics it wasn’t held up to the light and definitely has colour to it. But I could well be wrong. Could you be earlier than 14dpo? Keeping everything crossed for you!
