Synthesis for IVF - did you stop after delivery or continue taking?

I was placed on Synthroid because of subclinical hypothyroidism prior to our frozen embryo transfer. No one has ever specifically said if I should continue taking the synthroid for the rest of my life or if I was to stop after delivery. I've had been told that I could stop after delivery by one physician. And then I was told by another physician that I should stay on it for the rest of my life. Just trying to see what most other people have been told to do, I have now been off of it for 9 weeks and was just curious if I should resume or not. Should I call my RE's office and ask them even though it's been almost a year since I last saw them?

I would talk to your gp or find an endocrinologist about getting your levels retested and discuss the need from there.
