Table Name stand?

This is my table name stand

Each of my tables are named after canary islands (Tenerife, El Hierro etc etc) as I am half Spanish from Tenerife I could just Right each island in the frame in black writing but I want to make it look prettier.. any ideas?

I'm going struggle to explain this but you know that flower wallpaper that has become so popular? With a bright background and black 3d Indian style pattern on it? The black pattern coming into the centre would be nice. If you have any idea what I'm on about lol!
