Taking baby out for a strool in 28'c heat?

Hi all...I have a 2 week old baby. She is only 6lbs 10oc and I would love to take her out for a strol but it's sooo warm-25-30'cel. I am concerned about how to maintain her temp while out in this heat? Any tips?

When did you start taking your baby out in the stroler for walks?

it is hot here as well, and I avoid the heat of the day. i just put a onsie on with no socks and keep checking to see if he feels to hot I also don't stay out very long at all.
