I've got the chance of getting the following for £15:
13 Bamboozles (bamboo)
5 Cotton tots (cotton)
3 wraps

I understand I'll need to buy at least a couple more wraps and liners.

Fleece liners or paper? Why (whichever one you use)?

My baby gets changed every 2-3 hours except at night so we average say, 8 nappies in a 24 hour period or so.

This won't do me full time, will it? I'm okay with using disposables at night.

How, exactly, do I use these? Wash them? Keep them? I basically need to know everything heh. A link to read about them would be appreciated!

And drying time... this is the one thing holding me back from jumping for the deal currently. I live in a flat with no outside space. I've read they can take up to 24 hours to dry. So with that in mind and the amount of changes she has, would 13 bamboozles (not a clue what the cotton ones are!) be enough for day time use washing every other day?!

Ultimately, I'm in the market for a cheap start-me-up-stash until I can build a stash of others.. if I don't like these anyway! And this seems too good to pass up?

I've been told the velcro is in great condition, there are no stains and, when asked if the elastic was in good condition, was told there is no elastic?
