still not sure how these forums work but thankyou MrsNut for pointing me in the direction of mummylonglegz. i've now found some super long maternity jeans (36") and in the sale too!

Ooh thanks, I'll have a look on there. I wear 36" leg trousers too and only yesterday I got depressed shopping when I couldn't get any trousers , the standard maternity ones are too short and the tall section ones don't fit my growing bump!
