If your breast milk changes to suit your baby, how does this work if you have a second baby and are already feeding the 1st, because would you still get the 'good stuff' at the start when baby is born or does it cange to suit the baby, in that case would it not be unsuitable for the older baby? Or if it stays the same, would that not be to fatty etc for a newborn? Hope that makes sense. I'm not even thinking about ttc now but was just wondering how it would all work?

I asked my Mum this, and she said it adjusts to the demands of the new baby, as you are feeding a newborn much more frequently than a baby who is 9+ months.

I would be interested to know more about, especially about colostrum and tandem feeding.

oooooooooh i never thought of this!! good question!
