I read this name today and was wondering how its pronounced...is it just an unusual spelling of tara?

I read it as rhymes with farrah (fawcett) & I like it!

I would say it as pp said, Farrah but with the T instead

either like "Sarah" with a T, or Tar-rah with more of an accent.
I've heard both.
Usually Tarrah = Sarah with a T and Tara = Tar-rah

I've just realised that I say Tarrah and Tara exactly the same... like Farrah but with a T.

Sorry but I read this as "turrar", as in the way a Yorkshireman might say goodbye. If you're not English this should be no problem!

I've heard it pronounced tear-uh. I like it! :flower:

Thanks ladies, I think i was saying it right to start off with :)
