Tattoo Question

To those who have tattoos on your wrist: How did the 'pain' compare to ones in other places?

If i'm honest, it's not the pain that makes me nauseated, it's knowing I can see it getting done. Four are on my back and there was no way I could see them and when I had my ankle done, it was in such a position that would have made it awkward to see. Lol. I'm really a wimp about it.

Three of my tattoos are on my wrists and to be honest only one was painful, and a little bit of the other. The nearer to the hand they are IMO the more they hurt. I have one on the top of my wrist and the bits that went onto my hand were quite painful

I have 3 on my forearms and one down the side of my arm. I have a small one on the top of my back. The one nearer my hand hurt the worse but was bearable. When I have my LO I will be going back for more x

wrists not too bad, I have some both sides of the wrist. the inner was bearable but not pleasant. certainly bought a little tear to my eye. my lower back was the worst and my welsh dragons on my shoulders (front not back) were a bit nippy.

I currently have three at the top of my spine and one at the bottom and another on my right ankle. Of all of them, they only one that really hurt was the lower spine but it's more being able to see it than I'm concerned about.

Ah, well, I suppose I'll just have to suck it up. Lol.

Tbh I think my lower spine was the worst but all of mine weren't bad at all. I've had bigger pieces since without a problem

My wrist tattoo didn't hurt at all It is tiny though!

My left wrist didn't hurt, My right had moments I a bit uncomfortable.
My hip hurt more than my wrists but that still wasn't much.

The closer to my hand and the more towards the middle of my wrist where my nerves are the more it hurt, and made my fingers twitch uncontrollably I'm the same as you as far as seeing it goes..I'm terrified of needles, I was lay in a chair he had my arm out straight and I had my ipod earphones in looking the opposite way x

I'm happy to say that i'm getting it done on Monday. Can't wait. I want it as close to my hand as possible but not sure how close it will be because of veins etc. Lol.

Wrists were easy peasy! Well, compared to my feet anyway...those are the only places I have tattoos.

I dont know about wrists as I dont have any there, but I agree feet hurt like a bitch especially big toes

My right wrist hurt more than my left one! And even then it only hurt at the point that was closer to my hand...when he moved down I could barely feel it!

I was a bit freaked out about watching too...but it's actually not freaky at all! Once you're in that "new ink rush" I bet you'll watch and find it amazing like I did!

I have a tribal band around my life wrist, just at the start of the joint before you're hand. It made me sweat a bit, but nothing major. I have another tat on the top of my right wrist thats just words & it was fine. The one on the underside of my right was fine too, but thats higher than the band on my left wrist.

Just shut your eyes, it's much easier
