Tax, and allowances question....

My OH hasn't had his tax done for a couple of years...

We have full intentions of sorting it out before the baby gets here, but i was just wondering if anyone knows if this can affect the entitlements eg, baby bonus, and family tax.....

I'm honestly not sure, but I wouldn't think so... :/
that money is his that he's owed it. So SHOULDN'T effect anything...
that being said, who completely understands the workings of the Australian Government? I'm scared of them. haha!
