Tax credits errggg LONG

So i sent off 2 months ago for this bloody money they got back to be with a form to fill out and a letter to say to send Adrhiannas Birth certificate , so i did, there was a deadline of when it had to be in , and i posted it rang up a week later to see if they had received it and they said yea they had t had been declined , The lady said it should had been declined as it was in before the deadline, so she got a supervisor to ring me back, he explained that i was entitled to it but couldnt say how much and that head office would be in contact , i asked when head office will ring me he said i dont have a cue as the only communication we have is via EMAIL

Yes email how pathetic, i rang them today and yesterday and nothing yet, its getting stupid now,

the tax people are quick enough to take the money you owe them but take the piss when they owe you it!!!

Just keep calling over and over. That's what my sister had to do becuse of a problem and she's just got £3,000 in back payments

Keep ringing honey. I have had to. They never sent my claim form out and I tried 3 x well now it seems theyve actually sent it. I have had issues with housing benefit too lol, they made out my husband was earning £5000 a month! Lol, I mean come on if we were even earning part of that we'd not bother trying to claim! They made our income figures up instead of reading the documents we sent them!
Grrr!
