was claiming ctc last year based on oh earnings and my mat pay. when oh got promoted i told them straight away about increase in income and as it went over £40k payments stopped and was told i had to repay everything i had already received! any way have now received oh p60 and he learnt way under what i estimated so think our income is now received£39k for last tax year. i assume when i call to review if i have now been underpaid they Will give me me a one off payment to cover this? i know i am not entitled for this year...

Yes if it ends up that you should of received payments for last year you get a one off payment. it normally goes in around 2 weeks after you renew by phone and probably a bit longer if by post. I got one last year within that time anyway x
