Ive received two payments this week, have they messed up? I dont want to be overpaid.

My last two payments have randomly reduced, nothing has changed - think it's probably cause renewal is imminent. X

Yes I got two payments last week...assumed it was due to bank holiday being messed up etc but nope, was defo two payments and received payment as normal this week as well. My tax credits have also gone up this year.

Yeah it can be anywhere from now til June ish, think you have to have renewed by end of July xx

We've just updated ours as I gave up my job last year my income has dropped. I did it over the phone.

How does the renewal work? Do they ask for evidence or anything?

You can update your estimated income for this year but you cannot finalise your actual income for last year until you get your renewal pack. No they don't ask for evidence but you should make sure it is correct because they can check easily.

No extra payment here sadly! Although entitledto says we are getting 18 pound less a week than we should be so i'm hoping for a back pay when we renew in June. x
