Hi Everyone!
I have read that Green tea can interfere with Folic Acid absorption. Then yesterday I read that Red Raspberry Leaf tea can interfere with absorption of vitamins, so vitamins should be taken 2 hours before or after drinking the tea. So I was wondering if this is true for all types of tea like Nettle or camomile tea or just for those two?
