Completely understand as I have been there! The only reason I say boy is the nub looks really thick...and the top of the nub looks defined like a penis, but I hope I am wrong!!

That's a tricky one! While it is quite flat for that gestation (indicating girl), the shape of it makes me think boy...so going to say
