Teats?!?!?!

My little man has Tommee Tippee Closer to Nature Bottles with Teat number 1's he seemed to be spitting more down the side of his cheek than he was drinking so we changed his teats to the Variflow ones, he did really well with them to start and now does the same by spilling most of it... we tried changing the positions in which we feed him and the temperature of the milk too but he still seems to wear more than he drinks and once bottle is gone he wants more because he has spilt so much...

any suggestions what to do or does every little one do this?? xx​

I find with my wee boy if he gets his bottle on time, before he is really starving and upset, he drinks it all nice and calmly and doesn't even need a bib! But if he has got himself worked up half the bottle is dribbling out the side of his mouth.
