Tech was sure it's a boy - but I'm not. *sonogram pic*

We had our 20 week ultrasound and the tech was positive it was a boy. She said she'd seen it during the entire scan, and checked also at the end to double make sure. Compared to all the other pics, this one looks weird and like nothing, but this was the 'boy' pic. What are your thoughts? It just looks like cord to me and I'm afraid to buy any boy stuff!

It might just be my eyes but this doesn't look like a boy to me either. I think that is the umbilical cord and would ask for a second opinion. I can see how you could be worried. Included are my ultrasound pics of mine who is a boy and you can compare but I honestly don't think that is a willy it looks like the umbilical cord to me too.






These are just three weeks ago at 20+1 I am now 23+2 hope this helps because I stand where you do and I wouldn't say boy either.

I'm not totally convinced either. Thanks for the opinions! We have another scan on Feb 10 to check out some heart stuff, so we'll look again then.

I felt totally confused based of DS1's pic too but I'm trying to accept it lol
