teen pregnanacy project..help!!!

Hi everyone,

You are probably all aware by now that I was a teenage parent myself and I have returned to education with the aim of training as a midwife...

I am passionate about midwifery and improving the care offered to women(of all ages) and providing the support to patients individually(everyone different afterall lol)

Anyhow to the point i am currently doing a 3000 word integrated project(amongst eveything else!!)

I wondered if any of u ladies would be able to help me out by providing ur opinions and experiences to some of my questions??

wobbles has said its ok to post some questions to u guys so i will post some questions and hope that you will be kind enough to help me out. So that you know the questions r for my research i wil put a capital R on them 4 you. If u answer them can u please indicate which age group you are in .. a)16& under b)17-19 c)20-24 d)25-29 e)30-34 f)35+ Thanks in advance for your help guys xxxx

uum- i hadnt actually though of that, its got other age groups as some of the older members have prev been teenage parents- i am not sure..x

Was too busy posting questions that I forgot to answer yours. I was 19 when I was pregnant, and turned 20 when Ryan was 3 weeks old. x

you go to uni and do a nursing and midwifey course, you can do the degree or the diploma. The degree you need A levels to get on (or equivalent) and the diploma you just need GSCEs and must be over 17 years, 6 months old. Hope this helps. If it's the degree you want to do, you need a UCAS form to apply and if it's the diploma you need an NMAS form.
