LO was just screaming, which gave me a nice view of her upper gums. On one side, there are two round white spots, right next to each other, that look a heck of a lot like...the beginnings of teeth?

I'd try to feel them, but she's stopped yelling for now, and I don't want to jinx it. I know Richard III was legendarily born with a full set of choppers, but ... what am I looking at?

It's rare but it can happen. Are you able to catch a picture?

My LO had some white spots on her gums before she got teeth, which I thought were teeth too. But apparently these 'white spots' are common, I'm not sure exactly what they are.

I'd say that's more likely, but teeth can show up at any time :)

My dd was born with a tooth. My ds had his first tooth at 4 months, all the rest of his were through by a year.

It can happen.

My little one had a white spot on her bottom gum back by the "fangs" she just cut her first tooth at 5 months on the dot and it was her bottom front tooth not the place where she has the spot. They can fool you.
