My son will be 4 in August.

I've noticed at night he sometimes grinds/bites down on his teeth.

It doesn't seem to bother him any as he's sleeping and never complains about headaches or mouth hurting in the morning....but the sound sets me on edge.

How do I get it to stop happening?

In some cases, this can be a sign of sleep apnea. Does he have any other symptoms of this? As it's something you should definitely address if so. :)

Speak with a pediatric dentist. He may need a mouth guard to prevent damaging his teeth.
