Thanks for the post, I applied for the teletech position, and have got to the stage of telephone interview. I currently work full time and was planning on doing teletech on weekends and during maternity..

Was wondering if u currently work full time? I was concerned about maternity benefits/pay if i took on teletech so checked with hr today,and they advised occupational and statutory mat pay would be stopped if i worked partr time during maternity!?!?

Not sure if this applied to you? Or if you know of a way round this?

It's basically a call centre role but in the comfort of your own home. Pretty straight forward stuff, you just answer calls from customers who require info or help. I don't actually work for them - I got as far as the interview but as we don't have our own place yet I wouldn't be able to use the landline.
