temp spike but neg opk?

First cycle TTC (third time TTC ever) first time using opk and BBT. Opk is still negative but temp today was higher (see chart). I always take my temp just when I wake up while I'm still in bed (will this affect it?) Don't have ewcm so Idk if my temp is inaccurate but I did take it multiple times and sometimes it was lower but it told me a higher temperature like 3 times... Should I be taking the highest or lowest temperature or what?

Can someone offer some insight? just come off the pill (though I was only on it for one cycle) and worrying I won't even O this month.

You don't have enough temps to detect your ovulation. You need a temp drop followed by at least three higher temps. Just keep temping
