This is my 1st time and 1st month temping. I know that it has to be at the same time each morning and before you get up.

I can't set an alarm earlier as it would wake my hubby and he doesn't sleep well anyway.

I tend to wake up, fluff my pillow and go back to sleep but there is no set time for this it could be 3, 4, 5 am ect. And my alarm to get up for the day is set at 7am

I started temping when I woke up early hours but the times were all over the place, then I thought I'd wait until my alarm went off at 7 but I was waking up a little earlier (though again this might be 6 one morning 6.45 the next ect) and tossing and turning for a bit then wondering if that would throw everything out as I was awake and moving just not 'getting up'.

Could someone please advise me when the best time for me to temp would be bearing in mind I can't set an alarm for say 5am for my husbands sake?

Many thanks in advance for your help! Xx

I would say just stick with 7AM. When I temped I did so when my alarm went off at 6AM. If I woke up on my own earlier anytime between 5:15 and 6AM I would use that temp because I knew I wouldn't be going back to sleep. I noticed as long as I was in 30 min of my normal time FF still gave me a solid circle (and not open).

Try not and stress about it too much, I would wake up numerous times a night sometimes and I was always able to get cross hairs on my FF charts.
