Temping Question

I am temping for the first time this month; yesterday was CD1 so I took my temp at 7:30am which is the time I am taking it every day and it was 36.58 centigrade. Today it was 35.24 centigrade - is it normal during AF to have such dramatic temperature drops?

Yes, because progesterone is decreasing and estrogen is increasing. It's usually pretty erratic during AF but then it levels out. xx

That seems pretty normal to me. Mine usually takes temp dip the morning I'm going to get AF. But at times it happens the second day
