Tender breast symptom question

I am recently off of my iud (mirena 3 yrs) and was on birth control pills for 10-12 yrs. On both the iud and pills, I never had tender breasts as a sign of AF visiting. I got the iud out 12-16-16, had AF two days later, and according to an opk I o'd on 1-2-17. My hubby and I Dtd a few times around that date. I'm now 9dpo and have had tender breasts (feeling like I did 1000 jumping jacks without a bra) among other symptoms. I know its both a pregnancy symptom and a pms symptom. My question is, if I never had tender breasts before or on my period, could I now as I am 100% artificial hormone free? Or is it more likely a pregnancy sign?

It will take your body a while to get used to your natural hormones. It is possible to be pregnancy related but more likely to be progesterone/pms related.
Being aprx 10dpo, you should be able to test soon if you wish.
