I'm 18 mths post section and I've noticed that every month during the first 2/3 days of AF starting that my c-section scar feels very tight, sore and tender. This month I also had a cough at the same time and everytime I coughed it pulled at my scar, after AF's been it's not painful anymore.
Anyone noticed this ?
