Terrible flu during 2ww

Hey everyone I was diagnosed with the flu yesterday. I'm in my 2ww and I've read a lot about flu during pregnancy tied to autism. Does anyone know how early on the flu might impact the fetus brain development? I'm so nervous now if I'm pregnant and this child will have autism (not that it's the end of the world so please no judgement it would just be more challenging and that's factual) anyone know how early the flu can impact brain development.

Its only if ur temp goes dangerously high and it can cause mc. Keep taking paracetamol regulary to keep yr temp down. I dont know effects on feutus this early as it would be a few cells but i know that was the advice i was given if i got poorly from midwife keep ur temperature down.

nope not yet, in the 2WW but wanted to take every precaution in case! So i wanted to get tips and ideas on how to handle the flu just in case. You never know.
