Terrible PMT

I haven't missed my periods when I was pregnant and now they are back....with a vengeance, I suffer ovulation pains for a week that are painful but this time they are worse. I have been a right crabby *** today and I am so fed up with myself, think the world and his uncle are against me. Don't let me start on how i feel when I look in the mirror!
Any solutions?
