Test line STILL faint at 15dpo?

Hi girls. I got a bfp at 11dpo, a faint line but def there. At 12dpo i did another FRER and got a slightly darker test line, and a 'pregnant 1-2' on a CB digital. We were so excited. since then i have tested every day and the line is still the same at 15dpo. Everyone else seems to have dark lines by now, and mine are still a lot lighter than the control. Has anyone else experienced this? Am i having a chemical?

Explain to your ob what is going on and ask for betas.Good luck and beat wishes.Mine never got darker when I had an ectopic but please don't think that this is the case with you!

Don't worry!! I actually couldn't get a positive pregnancy test with my first 2 pregnancies!! I tried 3 different months in a row, about 10 test, and a blood test which all came out negative, I finally got a positive- which was so faint it almost looked negative or like an evaporate line- went to the clinic which felt my stomach and did a vaginal exam and told me I was about 4-6 weeks pregnant, had an ultrasound the next day and I was 20 weeks and 4 days pregnant with a girl!!! All negative with my son (2nd) but I knew I was pregnant.

This pregnancy, I knew also but this was my first pregnancy to get a positive pregnancy test!! It was very dark and I was only 3 weeks along. -My hCG levels are in the low average side which is surprising with my past.

Try not to stress out

You can ask your OB to let you get your hCG-beta checked each week also.

Don't worry as everyone is different! Also the tests really shouldn't be used as a pregnancy progressing indicator as they are not designed for that and only causing anxiety. I'd say stop testing, enjoy that you're pregnant and if you are worried call the GP and explain the situation. Congrats to your pregnancy!

Yes, me. I posted loads worried that the stupid lines werent getting any darker. Had blood tests and everything was rising ok. Now my hcg is 5x higher than average.

Completely second this! Tests aren't indicators of your progression and aren't made for this. It will just worry you if you keep doing it. I'd get bloods to confirm.

My two tests at 14DPO were dark, then the third test at 15DPO was quite light but later in the day I did a digi and blood tests. And stopped worrying about tests!

As the PP's said, try are not meant to track your progression. Some tests have less dye in than others and not all of them get darker. Mine got a little darker from 14-17, didn't get my BFP till 14, but then they didn't get any darker, in fact a couple were lighter but everything is ok at the scan! X

are u suing internet cheapies? i used those and some other non brand ones and didnt get a good dark line until really late! stop testing ur wasting money and causing urself stress...i tested hundredds of times and now i really wish i handt had...waste of money and time as all i did was get upset!lol im the WORST!

My tests didn't get darker until I was a week late. A scan last week showed a baby measuring correct for dates with a heartbeat so don't worry.

I didn't get a line at all until 22dpo and then it took a week before it came any darker x

I've been pregnant 3 times, I've never once got a dark line, always faint always hardly there! With this pregnancy it was SOO faint I had to hold a tourch over the test to check my eyes were working lol..good luck but I think a positive is a positive!.. No matter how faint..x

Hi ladies.

Just letting you know, i had a early miscarriage In my heart i knew something was wrong, my symptoms were easing up, and my lines weren't getting darker. My husband was so sure everything was going to be fine.

Yesterday i tested and it was negative, which almost eased the blow of AF arriving. I saw the doc and she was so shocked because my levels were very strong when the bloods were done just a few days before.

Yes this happened to me, lines were very faint 1-2 weeks on a digi but I ended up having a chemical. Best to get your bloods checked to see if its doubling.
Some people though just take a while to get a dark line

Oh sorry just read your above reply. definitely the same thing that happened to me and its heart breaking, I've vowed off testing early now.
