Testing baby name

After months of debate we have finally come up with a first name that is mutually acceptable for our baby boy (due in February)! But I'm not sure how it sounds as there are 2 syllables in each of the first, middle and last names and I've read the rules about # of syllables in a name. It's hard to be objective about a name that you've chosen though! The middle name is actually my deceased grandfather's last name.
With no further ado, the name is "Sterling Kirwan Stephens." Weird? Nice? Unflowy?

I like the uniqueness of sterling. Kirwan I'm not a fan of. But the sentimental value is sweet.

Thanks. My family will be thrilled that SOMEONE has the name Kirwan. We are proud of our Irish heritage and the name has died out as my grandparents only had girls. We thought Sterling and Stephens sounded awesome together

I find it weird as Sterling shortens to Ste and Ste Stephens is weird
