Hows your pregnancy going so far? Mines going well other than ive got low irons levels which dont seem to be getting any better
How old are you and where are you from?

hi ya im 23 and from south east england i have had low iorn aswell my doc put me on iorn tablets but i spoke to my comunity midwife who said it was not really low and did not need to take them if i didnt want to but to keep my iorn intake up and she said they will dip again soon i have been eating dried apricots and brocoli and having vit c aty the same time to help it to be absorbed in to the body better as i really dont want the iorn tablets again lol sorry for the long rant emma xx
