so i have polysystic overies and before i found out got prego really easily and had regular monthy periods so will it stay the smae only im countin to see when my period will come after my m/c it has nearly been 4weeks now i want my period soon so i can try for another baby th hospital didny give me any medication i think bcz i only have pco not pcos so will i xpect a period? have i had this from birth or just developed it now? please help im sooo confused

If you had regular periods before, you may still have them now. How did you find out about the PCO? Did they do bloods or just a scan?

Try not to panic, it's one of the better things to have when it comes to infertility because it is highly treatable - if you even need treatment. A friend of mine has PCOS and 4 kids and all conceived naturally. You won't have been born with it though, I guess it just comes on, like most things.

If I were you I would monitor your cervical mucus and if you get watery or egg-white, start using opk's... and if you're not charting already, sign up to fertility friend. https://www.fertilityfriend.com it's really helped me get to grips with my my cycles xx
