That time again

Me and my partner have been TTC for almost a year after a miscarriage which ended up in me needing a hospital stay and EVAC.

We fell pregnant so easily the first time im loosing hope that we will ever catch on again. Iv tried not trying, to monitoring my temp every morning.

Its just so frustrating and friends try to be supportive but it hard to explain the up and down of emotions every month. I feel like im loosing the plot sometime lol.

Have you tried using anything to help boost chances?
Have you tried ovulation test strips? Also there is this lubricant you can buy and its called conceive plus i wasn't falling pregnant the time i used this i fell. Same thing happened when i recommended it to my friend x
