I hoped to never have to start a thread here again, but I am feeling really down. I MCed my last angel in May 08, and this forum kept me going.
I got my :bfp: again last Wednesday and was elated. Then yesterday my symptoms started to disappear. This happened in May, and my hCG bloods confirmed that I had MCed. I bled about a week afterwwards.
I saw my GP this morning, as I had planned to do after Wed's test, and instead of being mega-pleased for me, he was really concerned about my loss of symptoms, as he says this was the sign of MC last time. He sent me straight away for a blood test. He says I have to wait till Thursday for the results and a second test, and then wait till next Monday for those results.
My Gyny then rang me at home, having been contacted by my GP, and he also does not think things are looking good. They are already talking like I've lost my LO!
I am still trying to hang onto a glimmer that all will be OK, but my hope has been knocked for 7 by the docs' responses.
I'm so scared. I don't want to lose another baby, but I feel that I may be about to.

Ohhh Nikki

Remember when they said that there was only 1% chance that you were pregnant and you proved them wrong..... Now you are going to prove them wrong AGAIN!! Please try not to stress.

I'll keep my fingers crossed very tightly for you. Good luck & lots of Sticky :dust: :dust:

Nikki x
Try to stay positive, although I know its hard x I agree with Samba you prved them wrong once & you'll do it again x :hugs:

Niki

I'll be keeping you in my thoughts hun. :hugs:

Like everyone else says... try stay positive, i hope everything goes well for you  xx

I am honestly speechless that the doctors would jump to this conclusion!!

What is this based on??!!! symptoms come & go all the time - that alone is nothing to worry about FFS!

How dare they worry you like this :hissy:

Most people dont even get proper symptoms this early so im sorry but I think he is talking rubbish! :hissy:

:hugs: I wish I could make you feel better chick but I know you have to wait for the blood results before you will feel happier :hugs:

Im sure everything is just fine then next week I'll ring your bloody doctors neck!!

 xx

I'll hold the w@nker down!!!

Thanks ladies. I wish I'd not gone near the doc today! I am sure that it is actually OK for symptoms to vanish this early and all be OK. I know it was a bad sign last time, but doesn't mean it is again. I might pop a thread about it into first tri and see if anyone else had this happen. I bet they did not have such a scary doctor though!!
I feel like all my PMA has just melted!

 try not to worry hun

People post all the time about not having symptoms :hugs:

I didn't get any symptoms until after 6wks with both of my pregnancies so Im not a big believer in early symptoms anyway - its far too easy just to imagine them in the early days :hugs: xx

try not to worry, I am sure you will be ok xx

The gyny nurse, who is so, so nice, just rang me up and she's been into the system for my blood results already! My hCG this morning was 1894, which from looking on a web-link, looks quite high. I don't think it got that high last PG at all. She said I need to have it repeated in 48 hours and if it has doubled, then all is OK.
So I am a right bag of nerves now!!!! All symptoms gone, which is scary, but hCG seems high, so I don't know what to think!!!!
Send my beanie sticky-vibes after all today's worry!!!!

:hugs: I'm so sorry they've made you worry so much. My symptoms used to come and go all the time - I had weeks where I didn't feel pregnant at all and then they'd suddenly come back again.

Keeping everything crossed for you  x

I am so sorry to hear how they have stressted you out. Sometimes doctors haven't a clue and don't even realize how their words can affect patients. Great news about the blood counts. I know it's hard but Try to Stay positive -I am sure that you're worries will be put to rest after your next blood test. super sticky babydust to you and hugs.

 That DR is an a$$ for worrying you so bad. Those are good numbers, and if you were about to m/c, those numbers would have dropped dramatically. I too lost symptoms right before my m/c, but you are so early in your pregnancy, I think that many women still don't have symptoms yet at your stage.

You are still so early many women dont' get symptoms for weeks and weeks, so try not to worry too much until the second round of results come in. Just remember this is a different pregnancy so you symptoms will be different this time round too.

Crossing everything for you.

OMG I agree with Nicky!!!!

With my son I only had a bit of morning sickness for 1 week and that was around 7-8 weeks I had NOTHING else at all!!!!

I will look forward to seeing your HCG double in the next 2 days x x x :hug::hug::hug:

I hope the doctors are wrong honey, it seems a bit to be jumping to conclusions to me - like someone else said symptoms are up and down all the time and just because it has happened before doesn't mean it will happen again. Chin up sweet and i've got my fingers and toes crossed for you. x

Sending you loads of sticky bean vibes.
Please try and be positive, seems they have been jumping to a lot of conclusions here.
Thinks of you and sending lots of
