Hahaha Kimmy, I got my new slippers at Xmas!!
No pressies for mothers day for me, just had the car in for a service and it needed 2 front tyres so they were £150ea on top of the £200 for the actual service and the road tax is due end of month so we're a wee bit skint.....

How was everyone's nights? I had a terrible night, sniffing and coughing and have woken up with a sore head and an aching face

Doo's got this cold too so keeps waking up for her dummy cause its fallen out while she breathes.

Our night wasn't too bad, Maria settled really easy and slept til some point in the early morning and then came into bed with us. However she moved all over the place in our bed and at one point I woke up to find her half off it, head nearly on the floor then woke up later to hear her in the kitchen....

Jen done not bad, she's still asleep now, but in our bed so can't really do anything. She's all snot encrusted! Gross. Oh and DH got up with her at 3am!

Not much planned for today, got cakes to get decorated and a parcel to pick up from the PO and gonna nip to the chemist and get more cold tablets before I die of man flu

Don't think I'll be getting any Mother's Day presents, will be lucky if DH has remembered to get me a card. Any day will be better than the one we had last year - Holly was in hospital cos she had bronchiolitis. A lovely way to spend my first mothers day

On the plus side, they had people visiting the hospital who gave us Easter eggs Obviously I thought I should eat it as Holly was only 3 months old We got given a little blanket too, the hospital had a charity thingie where Nanas knitted balnkets for all the sick kids. So lovely. I am willing Holly to stay illness free this year, or else!

They did seem to get along quite well. Holly is normally quite antisocial
